Asia’s top Web3 Conference, TOKEN2049, had its successful inaugural conference in Dubai on April 18 and 19, 2024.
The footfall of 10,000 attendees had developers, founders and investors from around the world, signifying the growing Web3 community.
On April 18-19, Asia’s Premier Conference, TOKEN2049, witnessed a record-crashing success and set new milestones in Dubai. The two-day event had 10,000+ attendees, 200+ speakers, 4,000+ companies join in for tens of side events and 200+ exhibitors.
Held twice annually, TOKEN2049 is a global conference that aims to bring together everyone from the global Web3 industry. This year’s 1st TOKEN2049 conference in Dubai was rather amusing as the city faced torrential rains. Yet the rain couldn’t dampen the spirits of Web3 enthusiasts as seen by the turnout.
Throughout the conference, the attendees got to partake in various activities, listen to an amazing line-up of keynote speakers, and explore and learn about the exclusive Web3 opportunities. The speaker line-up included alaji Srinivasan; Dr Gavin Wood, Founder Polkadot; Sandeep Nailwal, Co-Founder Polygon; Raj Gokal, Co-Founder Solana and Richard Teng, CEO Binance.

The tickets for TOKEN2049 had already been sold out almost a month prior to the event days. Moreover, around 90% of the attendees flew from over 160 countries and the representation was as global as it could get.
The overall vibrant atmosphere of the event teemed with enthusiasm, excitement and unabated energy. The networking sessions were greatly benefitted from by the community people who aimed to develop connections, foster collaboration and innovation.
