A Gamer DAO is a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) that is focused on gaming. The way it works is similar to how a regular DAO works. It is a relatively new phenomenon and is governed by its members, who vote on decisions using their governance tokens. With a Gamer DAO, the gamers get more control over their gaming experience, making Web3 gaming more transparent, decentralized and equitable.
What makes Q unique is that it is aimed at improving decentralized governance with its flexible and composable infrastructure. Moreover, it sees Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs) beyond just being a product of a some codes which is why it brings human element to DAOs. This is ensured by the extra layer of trust present in Q which allows the creation of a trusted and secure environment of a DAO. Lastly, as a blockchain, Q is accessible and quite user-friendly.
The governance layer on Q Blockchain is designed to ensure that the platform is managed in a fair and transparent manner. It is based on a constitution, which is a set of rules that define the rights and responsibilities of all stakeholders in the Q ecosystem.
There are three key features of Q Blockchain. The first feature is Q’s DPoS consensus mechanism, which is considered more scalable and efficient than PoS. In DPoS, only the elected token holders get to participate, further securing the validation process. The second feature is its governance chain which ensures a fair decentralized governance and management of the network via voting. The third feature is a built-in stable coin system. The coin is called QUSD each coin is worth $1 as it is pegged to the US dollar, which makes the payment process more seamless and eliminates volatility.
